This is a big improvement over my earlier Philips ultrasonic brush. It is smaller, lighter, has a few different brushing modes and, most significantly the battery lasts a lot longer than 10 days (15 days is the most so far).
This option came with two different shaped heads, a head sterilizer and a small travel charger. Another bonus is that (presumably because they are smaller and simpler) replacement heads are noticeably cheaper.)

I have found the best teeth cleaning system available.
These spare heads are essential as they have a life of about 3-4 months.

The smaller head is just what I need – I find the bigger ones don’t get into the nooks and crannys.

I was a little concerned these were not genuine as they were much cheaper then ones I had seen previously-as far as I can tell these are the real deal. All electric toothbrush heads are expensive but if you have to buy some then these are great and for less than a lot of others I have seen.
